Salary- Coordinate and oversee billing and invoicing activities for construction projects
- Track costs to the various projects to ensure adherence to budget
- Review weekly payroll reports for accurate job coding
- Pull monthly credit card statements and review backup provided by team
- Enter contracts and change orders into accounting system as they are received
- Work with AP on processing weekly check runs
- Perform monthly bank recs, creating prepaid and amortization schedules and booking the appropriate month end journal entries
- Work with project managers on monthly billings to ensure all costs are captured and allocated appropriately
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations
- Perform month end close process and preparation of Financials
- Assist with audits of construction projects
- Maintain internal controls to ensure safeguarding of company assets and adherence to company standards

- $65,000 - $75,000/ year
- Annual performance based bonus
- Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or related fields, CPA candidate preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience, real estate development or construction experience a plus
- Highly intelligent with analytical skills and organizational skills
- Excellent Excel skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills and an effective team player
