Program Marketing Manager Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $50/hr
- Worksite: Electronics Testing and Measurement Company (Remote, candidates must be located in the United States)
- W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program
- 40 hours/week, 10 Month Assignment
Program Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end campaign management by identifying the appropriate mix of marketing tactics to achieve specified campaign goals set by the campaign lead.
- Optimize campaign performance by conducting actionable reviews with respective stakeholders.
- Create a strategy plan for various outbound marketing assets to support the marketing tactics identified across various stages of the buying journey using respective digital channels to increase demand, awareness, and thought leadership.
- Developsompelling content by repurposing existing assets — synthesizing and elevating for top and mid-funnel uses while ensuring editorial quality.
- Create, monitor, and publish campaign results using visual metrics to measure the effectiveness of the tactics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams — from creative design, product marketing, web, and legal to produce effective promotional materials.
Program Marketing Manager Qualifications:
- 7+ years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree (business / marketing) or equivalent plus four to five years in a high-tech marketing communications (Marcom) role.
- Experience creating Marcom campaign programs with successful execution using a mix of digital channels.
- Experience in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects, and tactics.
- Excellent English-speaking / writing, communication, and presentation skills with a proven track record of journalistic and editorial content creation and editing.
- Passion for writing engaging professional technology-based content.
- Ability to work independently to prioritize tactics based on importance and urgency to meet deadlines.
- Excellent working knowledge of digital marketing tools, preferably Eloqua, and content management workflow tools.
