We are seeking a highly skilled and motivatedB2B Marketing Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic, comprehensive Marketing Programs targeting our B2B audience inside one of our core verticals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Goal Focused: Develop marketing strategies for you assigned vertical and execute omni-channel programs aligned with specific business objectives, ensuring that all efforts are aimed at achieving measurable outcomes.

  • Own Outcomes: Take ownership of program outcomes rather than just focusing on activities, ensuring that each initiative drives tangible results and contributes to your  overall marketing strategy. 

  • Transparency, and Adaptability: Maintain transparency in reporting, and adapt quickly to changing market dynamics and business needs.

  • Deep Market Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of your core vertical, including market characteristics, drivers, personas, and competitive analysis, to inform marketing strategies effectively.

  • SEO / SEM: Utilize your expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) techniques to drive organic and paid traffic, improve search rankings, and optimize marketing campaigns.

  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Demonstrated understanding of ABM principles, including personalized targeting strategies, account segmentation, and tailored messaging approaches to drive engagement and conversion within target accounts.

  • Programmatic Ads: Leverage programmatic advertising platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and others to drive targeted marketing campaigns and reach the desired audience effectively.

  • Content Creation and Facilitation: Oversee the creation and facilitation of compelling content, ensuring it aligns with the target audience and marketing objectives. Transform existing key content into top-of-the-funnel (TOFU) materials.

  • Demand Generation Copywriting: implement your  persuasive copywriting skills to create captivating hooks, compelling calls-to-action (CTAs), and engaging messaging that resonates with and converts the target audience.

  • Creative Whisperer: Collaborate with design resources to bring marketing messaging to life through various channels and mediums, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.

  • Event Marketing Coordinate and select events of all sizes in collaboration with the sales team, ensuring the successful execution of marketing strategies and maximizing brand exposure.

  • Ability to Scale: Demonstrate the ability to scale Marketing Programs efficiently, adapting strategies to accommodate growth and changing market conditions.

  • Project Management 101: Proficient in basic project management principles and methodologies, with the ability to effectively organize tasks, track progress, and ensure timely completion of projects.

  • Measurement and Optimization: Monitor, measure, and analyze marketing initiatives' performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization. Continuously refine strategies and tactics based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success as a B2B Tech Software Marketing Program Manager or a similar role (5+ years).

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to articulate your strategy into a tangible plan that can be easily understood and executed.

  • Strong knowledge and experience in SEM, and programmatic advertising.

  • Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on demand generation.

  • Experience with content creation and facilitation.

  • Familiarity with MarTech/tools/platforms - (HubSpot, DemandBase, Tableau, Drift, etc. or similar products).

  • Ability to coordinate and manage events of all sizes.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to measure and optimize marketing campaigns.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust across leadership, sales, and throughout the org.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

  • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
