What is the work?
Workday Deployment Project
- Key player in H-E-B's migration from legacy system to Workday HCM
- Senior-level Workday Product Management and configuration role
- Works with H-E-B team and System Implementation partner to ensure Workday tenant meets H-E-B requirements throughout project timeline
- Participates in requirements, configuration and testing throughout project
- Provides input to Training and Change Management resources
Post-Deployment:
- Guides team members through projects to architect solutions within Workday ensuring functionality is optimized and scalable for long term success.
- Responsible for technology Product strategy and Roadmap; provides ongoing visibility and timelines to Senior Leaders
- Plans release management
- Manages prioritization of enhancements, including adjustments to accommodate urgent requests
- Works to expand capabilities within Workday to support business operations
- Knowledge of SOX processes for security access and change management controls
- Leads on innovation / data strategy, user experience, and processes
- Provides knowledge in data extraction and reporting
What is your background?
- A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience
- 7+ years of experience in HR / technology; at least 5 years Workday experience
- Adept in project management or planning
Do you have what it takes to be a fit as an Workday Product Manager at H-E-B?
- Workday Pro Certified
- Experience with Workday Security
- Technical expertise in overall system architecture
- Senior level knowledge of report-writing
- Knowledge of object-oriented design and HR business procedures
- Advanced skills in data integration
- Skills to examine / re-engineer operations and procedures
- Skills to develop / document operating and administrative procedures
- Ability to apply knowledge / skills to system and technical thinking
- Ability to work at all levels of management
- Ability to learn and apply new technical skills
