Program Manager

A successful candidate in this position will support the Office of the Manager, NA-LA, by providing Overall management of Field Office Business, Security and Missions activities, and administering and overseeing the performance of the Management and Operating (M&O) contract.Qualifications:

A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower NNSA Demonstration Project pay band or GS grade level in the Federal service, i.e., EN/NN/NQ-04 or GS-15. Specialized experience for this position is defined as: Experience managing a team of subject matter experts (i.e. engineers, scientists, environmental specialists, security professionals, other similar specialists) with ALL of the following responsibilities:
1. Compliance oversight (safety, security, financial, or environmental compliance)
2. Program or project management.
3. Contracting/contract management, quality assurance.
Examples of qualifying experience include but are not limited to:
1. Experience managing a complex facility project or program.
2. Experience preparing and reviewing oversight/compliance work products in support of nuclear or non-nuclear facility operations.
3. Experience resolving complex technical and operational problems and presenting recommended solutions.
4. Experience managing a complex and multidisciplinary contract.
