Job Summary:
Do you have experience in staff management, working with youth in a fun and fast paced environment? FUEL (Fun United Educational Learning) is a morning Middle School Program for 24 Albuquerque Public School locations. The Boys and Girls Club is looking for administrative assistants who can help Albuquerque Area Directors with the everyday tasks that require organization, attention to detail, consistency and urgency for this program to operate efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:
Experience in supervising staff/ Leading teams in projects
Project management
Good Communication Skills
Key Roles (Essential Job Responsibilities):
Supervising Staff – You will oversee 12-15 site coordinators and assist with holding them accountable in the workplace, troubleshooting issues with their sites, problem solving, and support and empowering them to create a positive work environment for our young BGC members.
Timecard Management – You will be responsible for ensuring your staff approve their timecards in a timely manner and that they are doing the same for their staff at their sites. You will help enter timecard data on payroll weeks.
Recruiting/Screening/Hiring -You will assist with recruiting new hires to join our team. This can look like attending job fairs where you’ll table and hand out information, calling candidates who’ve applied on our hiring websites, scheduling interviews for directors, calling references and empowering internal staff to be promoted based on good performance.
Site Evaluations/On Site Coaching - Albuquerque Area directors will ask you to join them when making site observations/evaluations, completing member/parent/school surveys,
