Functional Scope:Responsible for leading multiple project teams for technology and NBD

Position Specifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, Computer Engineering) required.
  • 5+ years of project engineering experience required
  • Professional Certification preferred but not required
  • High-level management and leadership skills
  • Ability to schedule and manage tasks effectively
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Risk management
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Cost control and budgeting skills
  • Teamwork and motivational skills
  • Organizational and multitasking skills

Essential Functions:

  • Regular attendance
  • Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position, with or without accommodations
  • Creating long and short-term plans, for multiple projects, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
  • Delegating tasks, for multiple projects, to employees best positioned to complete them
  • Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with multiple projects
  • Communicating with leadership to keep projects aligned with business goals
  • Performing quality control on the projects throughout development to maintain the standards expected
  • Adjusting schedules and targets on multiple projects as needs or financing for the projects change

Secondary Functions:

  • Understand and follow applicable Company practices, policies and procedures
  • Work safely
  • Other functions as assigned

Physical Demands with or without Reasonable Accommodations:

  • Sedentary position with extended periods at computer.
  • May require bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, twisting, stretching, stooping, standing, walking.
  • Lifting or transporting light to heavy items (up to 25 lbs).
  • Ability to tolerate fumes, odor and noise.
  • Repetitive motions.
  • Ability to apply mental processes, in order to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions.
  • Ability to remain calm and in control, even when under pressure & ability to manage stress.
  • Ability to concentrate as position is subject to frequent distractions.
  • Ability to adapt to change.
  • Visual acuity, must be able to distinguish full range of colors.
