March On/Future Coalition is headquartered in Denver, Colorado with remote offices in Los Angeles and New York City. The team is 100% remote.
Job Summary:
The Future Incubator Program Coordinator oversees the daily operations of March On/Future Coalition’s (MOFC) fiscal sponsorship program, Future Incubator. This person is responsible for working closely with the Program Director to ensure Future Incubator provides quality support and service to its portfolio of youth-led and grassroots fiscal projects. This person acts as the primary point of contact between internal MOFC stakeholders and fiscal project leads, collaborating and communicating on program updates, including operations and finance processes and procedures, in a timely and effective manner. This person also works closely with the Chief of Staff, Director of Technology and Finance Director to ensure fiscal projects remain compliant with organizational policies and procedures. The Future Incubator Program Coordinator also works with the Grants Coordinator and Training Coordinator to deliver resources and support to fiscal projects that ensure the sustained success of their organizations.
This is a full-time, salaried, remote position with a 32-hour work week. Our organization is on a 4-day work week and takes Fridays off.
Requirements:Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all external Future Incubator communications; including managing inboxes, redirecting inquiries, and coordinating announcements
- Support Future Incubator Director to create and distribute agendas for weekly Future Incubator team meeting and running calls
- Represent Future Incubator on daily standups and other team meetings
- Facilitate weekly office hours for fiscal projects
- Responsible for bi-annual reviews with fiscal projects, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and reports, and overseeing follow-up action items
- Maintain and update pertinent documentation for the fiscal sponsorship relationship between MOFC and fiscal projects
- Oversee incoming requests from fiscal projects, including staff onboarding, payment request, and grant support
- Collaborate with MOFC stakeholders on best practices for policies & procedures, data maintenance, and general communications
- Coordinates bi-annual accountability reviews with Project Success Coordinators and Program Director
- Create a framework for evaluating the level of support for all fiscal project operating model
- Acts as payroll liaison for all projects

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in a related field.
