Summary As a Program Coordinator you will serve as a regional project delivery Program Coordinator and subject matter expert for the Project Management Information System (PMIS) for the Office of Design and Construction Program Management Division, Project Funding and Support (WPIEA). We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed. Responsibilities Serves as the regional subject matter expert on project management business tool tracking and in this capacity: Prepares and delivers training, including group sessions, one on one question and answer sessions, etc., coordinating with others as necessary.
Administers the Project Management Information System (PMIS), including managing any updates, and keeps users informed to ensure they remain able to use and access the system. Manages access to the PMIS system, working with IT or other organizations to ensure those who need access are granted it and to remove those no longer needing access. Supports end users by answering functional, business process and policy questions as they relate to the PMIS.
Conducts remote and onsite project follow-ups with trained projects teams to increase comprehension and proper usage. The GS-13 salary range starts at $112,015 per year. If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected. To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or higher in the Federal service.
Specialized experience is experience analyzing and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of business tools used for managing project delivery and project management information and applying a broad range of program support to facilitate use, implementation, accuracy and management of business and program data.
