Program Administrative Coordinator/ OCUNUS Deployment Coordinator
Kord Technologies, a wholly owned subsidiary of KBR, is currently seeking a Program Coordinator/ OCONUS Deployment Coordinator to assist with planning/administration to support experience scheduling, assist in item procurement, purchase order and hardware tracking, travel, and project coordination.
Role will be OCONUS Deployment Coordinator.
The Coordinator will assist the PMO in getting people into the OCONUS support pipeline (Travel CAC Cards, Visa's, govt. accounts set up, CRC appointments, etc) and then with deployment out of the country.
Additionally, will help with staffing, on-call scheduling, and for collecting status and maintaining status update charts.
- The ideal candidate possesses the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with strong written and verbal communication and proficiency in analytical skills.
- The individual is also a motivated self-starter, and participant in professional and community activities.
- The candidate will work with the program manager and other engineers to support the design, development, integration, and verification of missile and high energy laser systems.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with similar administrator, planning, and purchasing support functions.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with CostPoint
- Microsoft Office Suite experience - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Develop and maintain presentation material for project reviews in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Support and participate in customer meetings, and capture and maintain action item lists
- Support the procurement process from purchase requisition through item disposition
- Ability to travel on occasion to support customer meetings and/or vendor visits
- An active, or ability to obtain, U.S. Security Clearance
