Requirements
Administrative Support:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, and responding to inquiries.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events for the department.
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to student information, faculty records, and departmental resources.
- Generate and analyze reports to provide valuable insights and support decision-making.
Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Prepare and distribute departmental communications, announcements, and newsletters.
Student Support:
- Assist students with inquiries, providing information on departmental programs, policies, and resources.
- Collaborate with other departments to address student needs and concerns.
Event Coordination:
- Plan and coordinate departmental events, workshops, and seminars.
- Liaise with vendors, manage logistics, and ensure events run smoothly.
Financial Administration:
- Assist in budget monitoring and tracking expenses for the department.
