Job Description: The Administrative Coordinator supports the co-op's operational efficiency and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who can anticipate needs and provide solutions that keep the operations running smoothly. The Administrative Coordinator will also enhance internal communication and streamline processes. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact, ensuring the co-op's administrative functions are executed with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the company CRM and contact listings across multiple digital platforms
- Develop and maintain the companys overall organization and project management tools
- Develop and maintain the company calendar ensuring the team stays on track
- Handle various HR and office tasks such as ensuring insurance coverage, updating licenses, maintaining employee files and information
- Manage the price increase process, including coordination with suppliers, sending notifications, plus updating company web files and internal documents
- Act as the company liaison with various outsourced services, such as accounting and technology providers
- Develop and manage administrative task lists with relevant deadlines
- Handle office tasks, mail management, and deposits
- Follow up on quarterly and year-end rebate-related activities, including gathering reports, data analysis, report generation, and communications
- Manage user data, course uploads, and reporting for IDCO University
- Maintain user management and content updates for the IDCO website
- Research and manage relationships with new and current service providers
Skills and Qualifications
- Highly organized responsive, curious, and self-starter
- Strong in MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to use creativity and ingenuity to get tasks done
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
