The application service offered by the company includes application development, maintenance, and support. The markets served by the company are financial services and insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, government, transportation, communications, and consumer and retail industries.
Salary Range: $100K-$110K/Annum
Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Production Support Engineer with a strong background in Mainframe Development and Support.
- The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of hands-on experience in managing, troubleshooting, and supporting complex mainframe applications.
- If you have a deep understanding of the MF technology stack, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in incident and problem management, we invite you to join our team.
- Atleast 5-7 years of experience in Mainframe Development and Support.
- Deep knowledge of MF technology stack like JCL, COBOL, DB2, MQ
- Batch Systems like ESP, Control-M
- Experience in monitoring and analyzing the system performance failures and alerts.
- Experience in building Monitoring solutions using AppDynamics, Splunk or any other Monitoring tools
- Should have solid hands-on experience in troubleshooting and fixing application failures, application Performance degradation, Code debugging, Batch Failure, Hardware and Network failures.
- Strong expertise in Incident Management, Problem Management, Event Management, Change Management DR Activities on Mainframe Platform.
- Experience in ticketing tools like Remedy, JSD, etc.
