KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for "Product Support Engineer".
As a Production Support Engineer at our client, you'll be on the front lines supporting their customers with technical implementation, issue investigation, and code changes that support their mission to help all people in need. You'll work closely with the Customer Facing teams to get new customers up and running while troubleshooting issues and develop fixes in support of the Product and Engineering teams. You'll manage key technical projects' features and be a champion for developing necessary internal processes and the documentation of best practices to improve efficiencies. If you are ready to put your technical skills to use in a fast-paced environment where you make an impact with every task, you will fit in well with this team.
•
4+ years of of experience working in a tier 2 technical support role (or related fields)
•
Current Python experience (or related skills with the ability to ramp up quickly)
•
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•
Strong sense of organization and process-minded approach
•
Any database experience (SQL, NoSQL, key/value)
•
Familiarity with Jira, Git, and/or Google Cloud Platform
•
Experience with a modern JS framework in a real project
