Job Title: Production Support Engineer (Java/Telecom)

REQUIRD SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Production Support or operations roles, with a focus on telecom systems and Java-based applications.
- Strong understanding of telecom protocols and technologies, such as SIP, VoIP, SS7, GSM, LTE, or IMS.
- Strong understanding of Java development principles, debugging techniques, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Experience with log management and analysis tools, with proficiency in Kibana or similar log visualization tools.
- Knowledge of incident management processes and best practices, including incident triaging, escalation, and resolution.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Rate: $50 to $60/Hr DOE
