Working Hours - 6 am CST to 1:30 pm CST
Responsibilities Experience:
Primarily responsible for providing on call support for applications with good troubleshooting skills.
Good Verbal / written communication with multiple stakeholders
Need to actively involved in daily follow-ups related to Incidents, Major Incidents.
Required Skills:
Java/J2EE experience.
Developer or Support experience in maintenance and Production Support efforts in Java Environment.
Experience in ServiceNow tool, Elastic and Splunk.
Should have good communication skills. (Oral/Written)
Minimal experience in coding and troubleshooting skills.
