YOU CAN DO THESE THINGS...
- Ability to work the hours of 3:00pm-11:30pm
- Support both production and food safety by ensuring the equipment, tools (utensils and smallwares) and facility are effectively cleaned, sanitized and ready when they are needed
- Maintain cleanliness in employee work and break areas
- Monitoring the condition, dilution and availability of sanitation chemicals and tools
- Conduct post-op inspections and assist with the disassembly of production equipment
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with food manufacturing equipment, operations and GMPs
- OSHA Safety Training
- Good communicator
- Ability to follow established procedures & standards
- Flexible and resourceful
