Second Shift Production Sanitation

Godshall’s Quality Meats is an expanding employee-owned company producing premium smoked meat products for the US and international markets. We are currently looking for a Second Shift Sanitation Worker to join our team.!!

Job Purpose

Cleaning & sanitizing of product trees and dumpers.

Duties and Responsibilities

Primary job duties and responsibilities include:

· Cleans and sanitizes product trees & dumper buggies in accordance with food safety practices. Including but not limited to additional sanitation tasks within the plant

· Ability to mix and use chemicals related to cleaning and sanitizing equipment

· Handle chemicals in accordance with proper safety procedures

· Operate pressure washers, scrubbers, and other janitorial-type equipment

· Adhere to and understand HACCP processes, Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMPs), and safety practices

Qualifications

· Work mandatory overtime, including Saturdays as determined by customer demand.

· The ability to complete assigned work without or with little supervision (Self-performing)

Physical requirements

· Continually push/pull/lift up 50 lbs. frequently if required.

· Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
