We are in search of a Business Development Director for an award-winning creative development, production, and post-production service company. This position is remote with limited office interface responsibility. Are you the creator of your own success? Do you have a Rolodex of existing industry relationships and contacts across multiple verticals such as IT, Healthcare, Biotech, Media Production or Finance? We are looking for someone who has an extensive background with DIRECT FILM, VIDEO, and EVENT experience and who has sold creative content to clients from an ad agency or a specific brand. We offer a terrific base, plus an uncapped sales/ commission percentage and an extensive benefits package. You can be based out of any major market or vertical!

Director of Business Development Qualifications:

• At least 10 years relevant experience within an agency or production environment, selling cutting-edge brand, marketing and comms content
• A proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management
• Strong knowledge and passion for the moving image, including an understanding of client needs and the production process
• Exceptional presentation and public speaking abilities
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events 

Director of Business Development Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers
• Preparing and delivering compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients
• Negotiating and closing business deals, including contract negotiations and pricing agreements
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of projects and
• Be the creator of your own success!
