Job Description
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Manage a team of Supply Chain Analysts who are responsible for order management related activities, revenue and demand forecast accuracy in alignment with supply.
- Gain visibility to customer data like production plan, inventory, sales out data and provide product mix or supply guidance through customer collaboration.
- Drive continuous improvements for system, business process, tool and reports.
- Interface and form close partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to effectively drive and track business initiatives and shape the customer experience.

Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Operation concentrations preferred.
- Work experience of 10+ years in one or more of the fields below: Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Operations, Business Operations.
- 2+ years leadership experience preferred.
