Job Description
In this role, you will:
- Work closely with the finance team and other areas of the company to ensure that we have purchased the hardware and software needed to provide to our clients and know where it is in the shipping process
- Assist with billing adjustments to ensure that our clients' needs are met
- Responsible for the inventory that iVenture keeps on hand for resale to our clients when needed as well as the iVenture internal inventory
What you'll be doing as a Procurement Specialist:
- Purchasing of hardware and software for signed quotes
- Order tracking and receiving of hardware and software which is to be tracked and shared with our managed service teams and project teams to set scheduling guidelines
- Initial creation of hardware and software tracking documents within our ticketing system to ensure the correct assets are documented and available for our strategy teams
- Manage the processes for billing adjustments and returns of hardware and software
- Responsible for making invoice adjustments as needed and approved
- Perform weekly inventory reviews of iVenture internal and resale equipment to make sure our inventory levels are adequate
- Responsible for the reporting of iVenture's Service Provider License Agreement (SPLA), Citrix and Shared Computer Activation (SCA) licensing
- Own and maintain the e-recycling pickups and documentation
- Other duties as assigned

You're a great Procurement Specialist candidate if you have....
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or equivalent field experience
- 1+ year(s) of experience working with customers in a business-to-business relationship
- Ability to maintain strong internal and external relationships
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- High attention to detail and excellent organization skills
Additional Information:
- Valid driver’s license and insurance with reliable transportation. This position requires periodic travel to other sites.
