Procurement Data Analyst

As a TD SYNNEX Procurement Data Analyst, you will be responsible for data analytics and reporting that will support Non-Trade Procurement and TD SYNNEX in making strategic decisions on where to source, negotiate, and employ activities globally.
What You'll Do:

• Responsible for data gathering, data processing, and usage from multiple data sources. Responsible for maintaining large data sets and improving the quality of data used for spend analysis and management reporting.
• Maintain the project pipeline dashboard and ensure the reporting bot(s) continue to function properly.
• Use analytical tools and methods to extract data, manipulate data, and produce actionable insights.
• Use data analysis and reporting to enhance organization efficiency, display trends, identify opportunities, and highlight compliance shortcomings.
• Identify and fix data reporting issues and contribute to continuous improvement, automation, and further development efforts.
• Collaborate with co-workers to provide data-driven support and ad-hoc analytics.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3 to 5 Years of relevant work experience in Data Analysis, Finance, and/or Procurement
• Professional certification (e.g. ISM, GBTA, TBBTA) or active participation in a professional purchasing related organization desired
• Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
• Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
• Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
• Able to create and conduct formal presentations.
• Able to analyze data, complete detailed reports, and extract data from multiple systems.
• Possesses strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills.
• Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive.
• Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
• Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
• Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.
• Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in PowerBI, Ariba, SAP, Concur, SpendHQ, or SQL is a plus.
• Experience in a global role is a plus.
