```Overview:```
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Procurement Assistant to join our team. As a Procurement Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our procurement activities and ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain. ```Responsibilities:```
Front desk incoming hay Weight in and out
- Review daily incoming hay tickets and process
-Add new stack under correct contract, input correct information
-If tickets have missing information or not sure, need contact truck company or grower
-Mark down and inform manager if there is big gap weight difference between grower ticket and our ticket
-Process tickets the day before, first day of month need to make sure last month tickets are all processed.
-Contract review, filling, keep track
-Review contract after hay buyer summit new contract, any missing info need to ask them correct and follow up until finalized
-Make sure contract google sheets has all contract include branch offices with all correct information
- All contract should upload to Google Drive, guid and checking branch office follow the procedure
- Update Darland stack with correct price and contract
-Keep track contract fulfillment, payment schedule, downpay, and final payment
- Stack test Filling
- Google Drive -Stack Test Pool & Stack Test
- Arrange sample to test for new stack
- Review and Prepare payment, work with accounting team for payment
- Get request from Grower, update payment request on Google sheet
- Review tickets, settlement, and contract for preparing payment- verify the accuracy of the transaction
- Coordinate with Grower s to reconcile the current balance and outstanding hay storage
- Weekly review processed tickets and filling
- Monthly check receiving status and Payment status
```Requirements:```
- Proven experience in procurement or a similar role
- Familiarity with materials management, logistics, and production planning concepts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
