We are seeking an Administrative Support professional to support the Finance function at our Federal customer site in Folsom, CA. This position is onsite for the training period with Hybrid as optional per customer and company needs.
Position Summary:
The Administrative Support Finance associate, will fulfill various general administrative duties, as well as some specialized finance support duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arranging travel, manage timekeeping, calendars.
- Coordinate resource management and scheduling.
- Perform document duplication and processing and form maintenance.
- Provide event support and coordination.
- Maintain intranet sites, conduct mail processing, and distribution.
- Provide multi-line phone coverage and office assistance to federal personnel.
- Perform final account review of travel vouchers.
- Conduct internal control audits.
- Format and update Finance procedures, guides, and presentations.
- Assist in compiling fixed asset data collection, tracking, and updates.
- Save and distribute contract award and modification documents.
- Assist in preparation for modifications and associated documents.
- Prepare documents, perform research, prepare files for contract close-out actions.
- Perform file, records, and system research to gather data and respond to procurement related data inquires.
- Travel arranging
Education, Experience and Skills:
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- High School diploma or equivalent some college preferred.
- 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficientwith Microsoft Suite, preferably Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of basic business finance concepts a plus.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Highly proficient with MS Office suite and standard office equipment.
