Executive Housekeeper

```Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to join our team. As an Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of housekeeping operations to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for our guests. Duties:
- Manage and supervise the housekeeping staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to established standards
- Coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to address guest requests and resolve any issues or concerns
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Oversee the laundry operations, including proper handling of linens and uniforms
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all housekeeping activities
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in housekeeping management

Experience:
- Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, including industrial cleaning and floor care
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff at all levels
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Knowledge of custodial procedures and equipment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
