```Duties```
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and effective cleaning of all areas
- Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer service
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of guest requests and maintenance issues
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
- Handle guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services
```Experience```
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff, guests, and other departments
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness
