Opportunity & Impact: Reporting directly to the VP, you will have the chance to build upon the initial foundation (still ground floor) and spearhead the development and delivery of training for global field sales and customers. This is a hand-on role (no direct reports) in leading instructional design, facilitation, and program management.
- Oversee all Learning and Development initiatives for the Field Sales & Product Specialists, encompassing the entire spectrum from onboarding to comprehensive training on all products, including devices/systems and software.
- Take charge of the development, management, and upkeep of both internal and external training materials, including documentation and videos, ensuring they are current and aligned with organizational objectives. This involves overseeing the creation of new training content, organizing existing materials, and ensuring accessibility for both internal staff and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Management, Clinical, and Technical Support teams to refine training protocols and ensure accurate messaging is conveyed to both field personnel and customers.
- Responsible for generating and regularly revising documentation intended for both customers and internal use, aimed at facilitating the effective utilization of devices and software, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and success
- Lead and facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and learning events.
- Develop engaging and effective learning materials, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and learner needs.
- Serve as LMS owner/administrator.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications in instructional design or related areas are a plus.
- 5+ years of hands on experience in instructional design, facilitation, and program management within medical devices or biotechnology (capital equipment related systems preferred).
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other instructional technology tools such has LMS365 or similar LMS software.
- Track record of hands on development of technical training material and implementation of educational models.

Salary Range is $110,000-$140,000 with a 15% bonus.
Located in Southborough, MA, with a hybrid work setup: three days on-site and two days remote.
