Pricing Analyst

Position Overview:
Nationwide IT Services is seeking a Mid-Senior Level Pricing Analyst to lead the development of strategy and pricing of proposals for Government contracts. This role will be located at our Corporate Headquarters working under the Growth Department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead pricing efforts of all sizes and complexities, of all types of contracts (FFP, T&M, LH, CPFF, CPAF, etc.).Collaborating with the Growth team (Directors, Business Unit Directors, program managers, capture managers, contracts/subcontracts, finance, and operations personnel) to ensure that proposal pricing/costing and customer deliverables comply with all federal government regulations (CAS, FAR, DFARS, other agency specific clauses), RFP requirements, and internal policies and procedures.
- Ad-hoc cost and performance analyses and other special projects as assigned.
- Perform competitor analysis on similar services and products
- Serve as the Pricing SME and provide guidance and counsel on all aspects of cost proposal preparation during the proposal process
- Develop Pricing Narratives based on government solicitations
- Participate in strategy sessions and color team reviews
- Work closely with Business Unit Directors, Contracts, Purchasing, Human Resources, Proposals and Operations to ensure accuracy of Basis of Estimates (BOEs)
- Facilitate/lead pricing reviews with upper management and coordinate with senior staff to determine pricing structure and strategy.
- Conducting market research to identify trends in the industry and competitors’ pricing strategies
- Interact with subcontract teammates to ensure data call(s) responses from them are timely
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Math, or related
- 8-10 years of GovCon pricing and/or finance experience
- Working knowledge of all contract types
- Advanced/Expert with Microsoft Excel
- Functional knowledge of FAR, DFARs and CAS
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Be able to work within a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
