Job Description
Summary
Prepare Cost Proposals in the Federal Marketplace, including cost narrative and financial spreadsheets. Act as liaison for cost proposal-related matters between Proposal Managers, Service Center staff, and Chenega subsidiaries.
Responsibilities
- Provide pricing analysis and development support for Government proposals and contract modifications.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 3 years of related experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Expert proficiency in MS Excel
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS), and other Government-related applicable standards and regulation.
- Knowledge of market and competition.
- Work well in group problem-solving situations.

- Mathematical Skills – Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations; Ability to create, implement, and verify formulas in Excel spreadsheets
- Reasoning Ability – Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; Ability to question activities and issues in all functional areas and make sound business decisions based on that data; Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
