This is your chance to be part of an in-house Commercial Strategy, Insights, and Analytics team of consultants to important functions across Hilton! The team consists of both embedded authorities who serve as strategic advisors to partners and technical specialists who are proficient in advanced analytics techniques and tools. As a Senior Analyst, Pricing Analytics,you will support Hilton's Customers, Brands, Marketing, Digital, Revenue, and Sales organizations, with special support for the executive leadership team. On the Pricing Analytics team reporting to the Manager, Pricing Analytics, you will support projects including testing and tracking of pricing initiatives, and provide insights that drive the future of revenue management.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Gather requirements with the business or key partner groups.
- Measure and monitor the performance and effectiveness of strategic commercial initiatives and then communicating back to partner groups.
- Run queries to pull data extracts, synthesize analyses, and interpret trends and variances.
- Support reoccurring business reporting including the Commercial Performance Review and Commercial sections of the Quarterly Business Review (QBR).
How you will collaborate with others:
- Regular internal team meetings and weekly meetings with partner teams to ensure all priorities are aligned and expectations are clear.
- Work with fellow team members to improve and collaborate on new types of analysis.
- Weekly learning opportunities within the team to gain both business knowledge and enhance technical skills.
What projects you will take ownership of:
- Participate in the launch of new pricing initiatives and drive the performance measurement process using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Deliver recommendations to enhance future tests.
- Be the analytics voice in multi-year pricing initiatives and support ongoing data needs in these discussions.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Three (3) years of professional experience in roles creating and analyzing reports, capturing reporting requirements, and developing reports and dashboards.
- One (1) year of working with data representation, storytelling, analyses, and modeling
It would be useful if you have:
- Bachelor's degree
- Two (2) years of functional experience in Hotel Sales, Revenue Management, or Hospitality Analytics
- Experience in advanced analytic techniques, particularly within R or Python toolkit
- Outstanding analytical and statistical skills
