The Animal Hospital of Smithson Valley is seeking an experienced and passionate leader to join our full-service hospital as a Practice Manager.
Our beautiful state-of-the-art facility offers small and large animal care to the Spring Branch, TX area (just North of San Antonio). As a Practice Manager:

• You will lead and develop approximately 10 or more direct reports
• You will partner with our Learning & Development team to ensure your team is properly trained and performing to their skillset and providing an unmatched client experience
• You will partner with the Medical Director to ensure high-quality medical care and effectively create and maintain veterinarians' work schedules to ensure proper coverage to meet client needs
• You will manage various aspects of the facility including purchasing and property management
• You will ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
• You will develop annual budgets and monitor, analyze, and report on practice revenue and other key performance indicators (KPIs)

Experience as a licensed veterinary technician (LVT) or certified veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) is ideal but not required. SHRM-CP, BS, MBA or other advanced degree, are a plus.
