The Practice Manager provides leadership, direction, and administration of all aspects of clinic(s) operations to ensure accomplishment of objectives. The Practice Manager directs and supervises the clinic(s) operations, financial affairs, nursing, and patient care services. The Practice Manager is responsible for all administrative, clinical, human resource, and business functions of their area of responsibility. The Practice Manager serves as the primary liaison between Administration and the clinic providers and staff.
Job Requirements
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN), with Authorization to Practice in the State of Texas, Preferred
- High School Diploma, Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Related field, Preferred
- 4 years of supervisor/manager experience, Preferred
- 4 years of healthcare related experience, Preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $62,899.20 per year
