Sound Relief Tinnitus and Hearing Center is a thriving, people-centered, family-owned audiology practice, and we are always looking for great people to join our team.
We work Monday through Thursday, 8 am - 5 pm. Fridays are much shorter days, from 8 am - 1 pm.
Sound Relief specializes in the treatment of tinnitus (ringing in the ears), hearing loss, and/or decreased sound tolerance.

If you answered “yes” to the above, we have the perfect position for you as a Patient-Care Coordinator with Sound Relief Hearing Centers!
The Patient-Care-Coordinator’s responsibilities include:
· Greeting patients
· Answering a multi-line phone system
· Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
· Collecting payment for services
· Maintaining front-office appearance
· Reviewing schedule with doctor(s) to ensure accuracy
· Managing office inventory
· Creating daily reports required by management
· Assisting providers with patient flow
· Shipping and receiving packages
· Assisting staff as needed
· Maintaining patient confidentiality, including HIPAA and practice-specific guidelines
· Maintaining a professional appearance
· Working independently and covering additional locations within a 30 mile radius if needed
Qualifications for this position include:
· 3+ years of front office experience in a medical practice is preferred. Extensive experience working in customer service will be considered
· Must be resourceful and able to collaborate; creative problem solver who can actively communicate with peers and leadership
· Computer literate with experience working simultaneously with multiple software applications
· Great phone skills are a must, including the ability to listen, address questions, problem solve, and establish trust
· Ability to diffuse difficult patients using soft skills
· Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively
Pay: $23-$25/hour and comprehensive benefits
