Portfolio Manager- Remote

Sentara Healthcare is seeking an individual contributor level as a Portfolio Manager!

This is a Full-Time position, fully remote, with day shift hours and great benefits!

Travel expectations up to 1x month for 2 days if local and 1x a quarter for out of state.

Job responsibilities:

The Portfolio Manager, in strong partnership with Sentara Health Plans leaders, ensures visibility and alignment to the Sentara Health Plans strategic priorities, focusing on the most critical business priorities. This includes annual planning, rolling planning, resource management, project health and risk management, strategy definition, road mapping, reporting on the financial position of the portfolio, and ensuring compliance to governance. This role involves overseeing the implementation of Lean and Agile practices across the organization's portfolio and managing the portfolio-level initiatives and projects.

Required job qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required

• 8 years related experience in lieu of degree

• 3 years in Healthcare, IT and Project Management

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required within 1 year of hire

For applicants within Washington State, the following hiring range will be applied: $125,174.40 to172,744.00/annually and up to 15% Management Bonus.
