The Accenture Federal Services (AFS) National Security Portfolio (NSP) is seeking a Project Manager passionate about being a technical leader responsible for customer facing engagements.
In this role, you will apply your project management experience solving cloud problems for our U.S. Government customers. The ideal candidate is a strong willed, enthusiastic, self-starter and is dedicated to delivering high quality delivery on time and on budget. This is a leadership position for someone that is comfortable working on a fast-paced environment and excels at planning, customer engagement, and solution delivery.
Job Description:
This position is a customer-facing position that supports and leads delivery teams to assist customer with execution of these projects. Successful candidates will possess the follow:
- Ability to manage multiple projects with different customers.
- Ability to interact with stakeholders at various organization levels (IT leadership, PMs, architects, developers, engineers, and operations personnel)
- Prior experience with AWS capabilities and offerings
- Solid technology understanding
- AWS Solutions architect associate certification (within 3 months of start)
- Hands on experience with Agile Management tools (ex. JIRA or others)
Here's what you need:
- 5+ years of customer facing engagements.
- 5+ years of project management level experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Security+ (or equivalent) certification
- Active TS/SCI clearance
Desired Qualifications:
- Able to engage customer and participated in driving business decisions with customers
- Excellent people management skills
- Experience with National Security systems
- Demonstrated ability to understand team/client relationships, team dynamics, and environment culture
- Experience building deliverables to support stakeholders and program management
- Previous experience presenting to C-level executives or federal equivalent
- Understanding of the cloud environment(s) and differences across domains
- AWS technology experience, including Diode
Security Clearance:
- An active TS/SCI clearance is required to start
Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below andinformation on benefits offered is here.
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role
California: $105,200 - $168,400
Colorado: $105,200 - $145,500
New York City: $121,700 - $168,400
Washington: $112,100 - $154,900
