Responsibilities:
- Manage pitch submissions inbox
- Organize submissions and track status and prioritization of pitches
- Support and work closely with senior development managers
- Schedule pitch meetings and follow ups
- Review and evaluate pitch decks, audio samples, pilot episodes, and existing shows
- Conduct market research associated with inbound opportunities
- Learn about iHeartPodcast Network’s development process from pitch through green lighting
- Participate in development meetings

- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage a large volume of pitches in a fast paced environment
- Major in – or strong experience in – a storytelling medium (theater, film, podcasting, literature, creative writing)
- A wide range of interests/curiosity about the world
- Knowledge of and/or strong interest in learning about the podcast industry
