SalaryYou’ll take on projects that require rigorous analytical thinking and creative problem solving. You might assess which markets our trading strategies should expand into; help create digital, video, and print content that strengthens the firm’s position in the industry; enhance our marketing Strategy and thought leadership; or participate in internal consulting work, such as researching where to open a new office or estimating our carbon footprint.

- We seek individuals who excel at taking a structured and detailed approach to solving problems, communicate effectively (verbally and in writing), take initiative, can drive projects forward, and thrive on collaboration.

We’ll help you learn what you need to know through both our training program and hands-on experience working with your manager and colleagues. Students in this program are usually approaching their final year of full-time study.
- The position offers a monthly base salary of $10,000, overtime pay, a sign-on bonus of $5,000, travel coverage to and from the internship, and choice of furnished summer housing or a $10,000 housing allowance.
