Beginning with deft payroll management, you ensure our dedicated team receives their deserved compensation while navigating QuickBooks with finesse. Your expert touch extends to meticulous data entry, maintaining the heartbeat of our records and enabling informed decisions. As the conductor of our administrative orchestra, you harmonize the rhythm of Customer Service Representatives, dispatchers, and field staff, orchestrating seamless communication for a crescendo of efficiency and service excellence that resonates throughout each day.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of office management experience
Experience with Service Titan and QuickBooks is preferred!
