Location & Travel Expectations: The responsibilities of this role require in-office work 5 days per week and occasional attendance at other in-person meetings and events. The role will be based at our office in Novi, MI.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in IT application implementation, deployment, support, and maintenance, preferably within the automotive industry.
- An understanding of the ASPICE framework or other manufacturing processes.
- In-depth knowledge of CAx, Catia, 3DX, Autodesk, and VDI technologies.
- Strong understanding of engineering software integration and customization.
- Familiarity with systems architecture and design principles in the context of engineering applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and end-users.
- Relevant certifications in engineering software applications (optional)

This is a full-time, exempt position, eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. The salary range listed represents the maximum and minimum starting base pay for this position as of the time of posting. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
Initial base salary range = $120,000 - $140,000
