Our Customer Care Representative’s primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service through direct customer interaction, communication with other departments, and attention to detail.
Primary Duties:
- Inspect, sort, and label items into Point Of Sale system
- Greet customers for drop-offs and pickups
- Acknowledge customers' needs and concerns with care
- Follow up on requests in a timely manner
- Build quality relationships with customers
- Communicate customers' needs to production staff
- Dispense orders at pick up and collect payment
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
