JOB SUMMARY: Patient Care Coordinator serves as the first impression of the practice. Responsible for patient experience which may include, but not limited to: check in and out, answering calls and scheduling of patient appointments. The primary role of the Patient Care Coordinator is to ensure a high quality, consistent and extraordinary experience for our patients during their surgical journey from inquiry to post op.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service
- Customer service experience in a hospitality or medical setting is required
- Prior knowledge of EMR systems

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome new and existing patients, and ensure all receive a 5 star experience
- Offer patients refreshment and a tour of the facility
- Obtain and accurately record patient demographics and information
- Check patients in and out for their appointments, collect payment as necessary
- Answer all incoming phone calls within two rings and a smile
- Triage calls to appropriate personnel
- Proactively review provider schedules for seamless appointment scheduling
- Assemble new patient paperwork and consents
- Conduct confirmation calls for patient appointments
- Scan all necessary paperwork into patient’s charts
- Perform occasional patient education on RPS/CSSC services and skincare
- Comply with HIPAA and the vision of Company practices
COMPENSATION: Hourly rate. Benefits as per those provided all full-time employees.
