We seek a Patient Care Coordinator - Part-time to service our Phoenix, Arizona location.

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (24 hours weekly)

Pay rate: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

ThePatient Care Coordinator is a vital position for Northlight Counseling Associates. Patient Care Coordinators are responsible for checking in all patients, making sure all necessary paperwork is in charts before a patient can be seen, answering and directing all calls, scheduling new patients, collecting copays, entering new patients in the system, handling referrals, and rescheduling appointments for prescribers.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Medical Office Experience
• Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software
• Spanish speaker is a plus but not required

Beneficial Skills & Experience:

• Check in patients
• Make sure all necessary paperwork is in charts before a patient can be seen

• Collects copays
• Enters new patients in systems
• Handles all patient referrals
• Reschedule appointments for prescribers
• Manages website inquiries, live chats, walk-ins, etc.
