Patient Care Coordinator Job Duties:

• Register new patients in the EMR system before scheduling the appointment
• Surgery scheduling and scheduling follow-up appointments
• Perform clinic room inventories and restock as necessary
• Complete the patient check-in process, greeting and rooming patients 
• Prep charts- open chart encounters in Centricity and maintain patient records

You will be successful in thisPatient Care Coordinator position if you are passionate about providing an excellent customer experience and are hungry for work!
Patient Care Coordinator Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Patient Care Coordinator or working in a Medical Office
• Strong computer experience including Microsoft Word, Outlook etc.
• Experience with Centricity software is a plus- not required

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm
