Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter prescription information into the pharmacy system
- Assist pharmacists in filling prescriptions and preparing medication orders
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, answering questions and addressing concerns
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Verify patient information and insurance coverage
- Process insurance claims and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with other pharmacy staff to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements

• Registered with the Board of Pharmacy
