Description
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Pharmacy Technician to provide support services for our multiple pharmacy operations. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for performing all pharmacy customer account technician duties, policies, and procedures while providing exceptional customer service to peers, management, and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and field patient questions in a professional and courteous manner.
- Actively communicate both internally and externally with staff, nurses, and doctors for the overall health and needs of our clients.
- Work through challenges efficiently and objectively to ensure the highest level of service is provided to our customers.
- Provide support services as needed for the company's multiple pharmacy operations.
- Report directly to the Pharmacy Technician Support Team Manager and coordinate with the Director of Pharmacy or Pharmacy Customer Account Technician Manager at assigned locations.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks performed.
- Availability to work rotating weekends and on call.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active Pharmacy Technician license in the state of employment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
