Hourly, On-Scale Service Assistant positions
$18.50/hr - $28.20/hr, Hourly Extra Check eligible after meeting paid hours requirement

Essential Functions
• Answers phones and provides prompt and courteous customer service. Tracks packages, places orders, and refers calls to pharmacist when appropriate. Places calls to resolve problem orders. Preserves customer confidentiality.
• May retrieve and sort prescriptions from fax machine and mail.
• May be called upon to create invoices based on PHARMASSIST system, receive checks and enter transactions in M.O.E. and Quickbooks. May send transactions to Costco Corporate and other locations as needed.
• Enters and updates credit card information.
• Cleans department by sweeping, mopping, spraying, wiping and dusting. Empties trash.
• Stocks office supplies. Retrieves files as needed from storage.
• Follows safety and security procedures including securing department by appropriately storing or disposing of confidential documents.
Ability to operate vehicles, equipment or machinery
• Computer, phone, fax, printer, stamp, computerized order/inventory system, manual pallet jack (supply room).
Non-Essential Functions
• Assists in other areas of department or company as necessary.
Assist customers by answering phones, emails, providing price quotes, phoning/faxing prescribers for prescription information.
Availability to work hours of operation 7:00AM to 7:30PM Monday through Friday. Occasional Saturday 8:00AM to 4:30PM
