ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service and maintaining strong client relationships. Your expertise in Personal Lines insurance will be essential in helping clients secure the coverage they need, while ensuring their satisfaction and peace of mind.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Personal Lines insurance clients.
- Coverage Assessment: Assess client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Policy Maintenance: Handle policy changes, endorsements, and renewals efficiently and accurately.
- Claims Support: Assist clients in the claims process and ensure their needs are met.
- Client Education: Explain insurance coverages and options to clients in a clear and comprehensible manner.
- Documentation: Maintain organized and accurate client records.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance.
- Licensing: Must hold a valid P&C insurance license.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Focus: A commitment to delivering top-notch customer service.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Technology: Proficiency with insurance software and tools.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with colleagues.
- Applied Epic experience preferred
