We are not the largest law firm, and we do not advertise relentlessly; instead, we represent only a limited number of clients with serious matters. You will work primarily with a junior litigation associate, as part of a team including the managing partner and paralegal/case manager. Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: keeping complex schedules using case management system, calendaring, organizing discovery, preparing standard pleadings, drafting letters, assisting in trial prep, generating closing statements, e-filing documents, communicating with clients and other members of our legal team. Important skills include the ability to work professionally with others on the team, great communication skills, detail oriented, ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced high stakes environment.
Requirements
This position requires an individual with strong organizational and multitasking abilities as well as attention to detail and accuracy.
1-5 years of similar legal experience in plaintiff Personal Injury law.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
Prior experience e-filing and serving documents via email is preferred.
Working hours are in person Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Salary: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year; negotiable based on experience.
