Frankl Kominsky Injury Lawyers is seeking a Bilingual-Legal Assistant (ENGLISH/CREOLE) or (ENGLISH/SPANISH).

We are looking for candidates who want to establish their careers at a highly reputable law firm while contributing to the growth of the firm! Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments is strongly preferred as well as a desire to work in a collaborative, team environment. Our ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, is articulate, coachable, driven, and has a passion for assisting clients. The Legal Assistant must demonstrate that they possess the ability to meet deadlines and be effective and efficient.

$17 hourly

• Schedule and confirm appointments, recorded statements, IMEs and EUOs
• Follow up and request all documents in regard to client’s cases including but not limited to insurance information, police reports, medical records, and bills
• Provide support to case manager and attorney while managing a caseload
• Prepare demands and draft legal documents

• The Legal Assistant position is an entry-level position and legal experience is not required
• Minimum of one year of office work experience or demonstrated interest in the law
• Customer Service experience is a +
• The Legal Assistant must have a high school degree and some college coursework
• Must have a positive attitude and be computer-savvy
• Strong multi-tasking ability
• Must be innovative, self-starter, and goal-oriented
• Candidate should be able to manage deadlines; ability to follow up and be detail-oriented.
• Bilingual – English/Creole or English/Spanish
