Description
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced caregiver to provide Personal Care, support and companionship to client's homes in accordance with an established care plan. This position is to provide two hour visits and company to Anoka County client's. Our ideal candidate is a trustworthy and experienced provider with professional approach that provides confidence and comfort to families and client's entrusting us with their loved ones. Our ideal candidate is local or nearby the Anoka/Andover/Coon Rapids area with capacity to support an existing client and help win over additional cases to our business. Team players and good communicators welcome!
Oak Grove ($20+/hr)
- 2 visits a week doing 2 hour visits (shower, companionship) flexible days and between 9am and 12pm, M-F (Female required, Immediately Open, Flexible). Visits need to be spaced out, so could be Monday Thurdsay, Tuesday Friday, or even on weekend potentially.

Responsibilities
- Provide health care services in patient's residence
- Perform domestic and household tasks
- Assist with client’s Personal Care activities
- Maintain patients care records and document provided services
- Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises
- Instruct and counsel patients and families on diet and exercise
- Collect routine specimens
- Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support
Skills and Requirements
- Proven working experience as Personal Care Assistant or Companion Caregiver.
- Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
- Proficiency in English
- Nursing and health care administration skills
- Caring and compassionate personality
- Must be able to lift, turn, position, and transfer up to 50lbs.

Salary
